Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Lead to drive iTutor’s brand awareness, user acquisition and growth across the Caribbean. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will own the marketing and distribution strategy for students, parents, teachers and schools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute growth and user acquisition campaigns across organic, paid, referral, creator and offline channels.
• Develop acquisition funnels from awareness to registration, class discovery and paid bookings.
• Plan and manage major campaigns, activations, school events and community initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets and measurable outcomes.
• Build a content engine that produces shareable videos, teacher features and short‑form assets while maintaining a consistent brand.
• Support teachers in launching and promoting their classes, creating marketing assets and systems to attract their networks.
• Continuously optimise conversion rates and customer acquisition cost.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end marketing initiatives in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track performance and iterate quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for education technology and the Caribbean market.
