People, Analytics & Technology Leader

About the role

We are looking for a strategic People, Analytics & Technology Leader to drive the design, delivery and continuous improvement of our people‑technology ecosystem. The role will shape data‑informed HR solutions that enhance employee experience and support organisational success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the People, Analytics & Technology team, managing work allocation, performance and capability growth.
• Oversee day‑to‑day service delivery for HR systems, data reporting, analytics and automation, handling escalated issues and system enhancements.
• Translate business and HR requirements into system, reporting and automation solutions, managing UAT, release planning and change control.
• Define and maintain data governance, privacy, compliance and access controls for workforce, recruitment, talent, payroll and benefits data.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, IT, vendors and auditors to resolve issues, implement improvements and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepare management updates, project status reports, risk registers and recommendations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• First degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience leading HR technology, analytics or people data functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop technical teams.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, data governance, reporting and automation processes.
• Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders and external vendors.
