People, Analytics & Technology Leader

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and innovative leader to drive the People, Analytics & Technology function. In this role you will oversee people technology platforms, data governance, reporting, analytics and automation to enhance employee experience and support data‑informed decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of People, Analytics & Technology Analysts, managing performance and capability growth.
• Oversee day‑to‑day service delivery for people technology support, system administration, reporting and analytics.
• Translate business and HR requirements into system, reporting and automation solutions, managing UAT, release planning and change control.
• Maintain data governance, privacy, compliance and access controls for workforce, recruitment, talent, payroll and benefits data.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, IT, vendors and auditors to resolve issues, implement improvements and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepare management updates, project status reports, risk registers and recommendations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• First degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience leading people technology, analytics or HRIS functions.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
