Reservations Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Reservations Support Specialist to provide responsive, detail‑oriented assistance throughout the booking process. Working remotely, you will act as the main point of contact for customers and service providers, ensuring every reservation is accurate and smoothly executed.

Key responsibilities

• Answer reservation‑related questions and handle requests from customers.
• Research availability, service options and pricing.
• Coordinate reservation details and communicate updates.
• Review confirmations for accuracy and follow up on incomplete items.
• Assist with modifications, special requests and documentation.
• Maintain organized records and liaise with service providers as needed.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a customer‑service mindset.
• Organizational abilities and reliability.
• Comfortable using online systems and conducting research.
• Previous reservation or customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
