Sales Representative - Hygiene

About the role

Rentokil Initial, a global organisation operating in over 90 countries for more than 100 years, is hiring a Sales Representative for its hygiene business across various locations. The role reports to the Sales Manager and is central to growing new business and keeping existing customers satisfied. It follows the company's Sales Procedure/Policy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory to grow sales and exceed targets through new and existing business.
• Represent company products and services to build profitable customer relationships.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups using Gmail calendar and conduct regular activity reviews reported daily.
• Maintain strategic relationships within assigned accounts and implement company sales strategies.
• Use the SOLO tracking tool to manage the sales pipeline and align daily work with KPIs.
• Generate accurate quotations and complete sales documentation.
• Build relationships with technicians and Operations teams to generate service leads.
• Take part in sales meetings, communicate customer issues to branch staff, and follow company policies through training.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 CSEC/CXC/GCE O'Level passes; a degree in Business or Marketing is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Proven sales or customer service experience (B2B preferred).

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
