People, Analytics & Technology Leader

About the role

We are looking for a strategic People, Analytics & Technology Leader to drive the design, implementation and continuous improvement of our people‑technology ecosystem. The role will shape digital solutions that enhance employee experience, enable data‑informed decisions and support overall organisational success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of People, Analytics & Technology Analysts, managing performance, work allocation and capability growth.
• Oversee day‑to‑day service delivery for HR systems, user support, reporting and analytics, handling escalated issues and system defects.
• Translate business and HR requirements into system configurations, reporting solutions and automation initiatives; manage UAT, release planning and change control.
• Define and maintain data‑governance, privacy, compliance and access‑control frameworks; ensure high‑quality workforce, recruitment and payroll reporting.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, IT, vendors and auditors to resolve issues, manage enhancements and mitigate risks.
• Prepare management updates, project status reports and risk registers for senior leadership.

Required profile

• First‑degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience leading HR technology, analytics or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR data, reporting standards and governance principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams and complex projects.
