Regional Human Resources Manager

About the role

GCG is looking for a Regional Human Resources Manager to serve as the Cluster People Business Partner for the South Caribbean Cluster (Aruba, Barbados, Curacao, Trinidad and Sint Maarten). This senior HR leader will act as a strategic advisor to the Cluster General Manager and senior leadership, driving cultural transformation and aligning people strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide trusted HR counsel to the Cluster GM and Country Station Managers on all people‑related matters, linking HR strategy to P&L impact.
• Co‑lead annual strategic planning, delivering workforce analytics, headcount forecasts and organizational design recommendations.
• Translate corporate and cluster strategies into actionable people plans with clear milestones and KPIs.
• Leverage HR data and analytics (via Workday and other HRIS tools) to support evidence‑based decision‑making for senior leadership.
• Coordinate core HR processes across the cluster, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives and compliance with local labor legislation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role, preferably within a multi‑country or multicultural environment.
• Strong understanding of labor legislation across Caribbean jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive cultural change.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
